I never liked January anyway… December 21, 2006
So, because I’m horrible at updating (mostly because no one is really reading this yet anyway)…I didn’t let you know that Training Camp was AWESOME. I had a great time with the other missionaries and learned a lot!
Since then, I’ve found out that I will not be leaving until August. It is required that 90% of my support be promised a month before I leave. Well, that didn’t happen so my leave date has been pushed back from January to August. I’m surprisingly at peace about it. I know God obviously doesn’t want me out there just yet and I’m ok with that. Now I’ll get to see my nephew when he’s born in April! Continue to pray for my trip and that the support will come through. And pray for wisdom for me. Who do I go to? What should I learn through this? Etc. One day soon, I’ll be posting on here from ANOTHER COUNTRY!
